DJ Khaled ft. Chris Brown, Keyshia Cole & Ne-Yo - Legendary

Posted 4 years ago
Featuring:
Producer:
DJ Nasty & L.V.M
Album:
We The Best Forever

Making a sharp turn from his usual club-ready sound (i.e. I’m on One), DJ Khaled enlists a few R&B power players for his newest single, Legendary. Keyshia Cole, Chris Brown, and Ne-Yo balance each other effortlessly on this high-energy ballad, each expressing perspectives on seizing opportunity and possessing determination through tribulations. The beat, provided by DJ Nasty & L.V.M, builds powerfully and adds emotional muscle to the melodic crests, runs, and decorative ad-libs.  This single selection is no doubt an inspirational track for the fans, with Cole belting it best: “Everyone’s gonna fight / everyone’s gonna fall / but the ones that get up are always the strongest.”  Legendary can be found on DJ Khaled’s newest compilation album We The Best Forever, which was released July 19, and is available for digital purchase here.
