DJ Swerve ft. KeilyN, TreaZon & L.C - First Impressions

First Impressions Mixtape

In The DJBooth as in all other arenas of life, First Impressions can make or break one’s reputation. I’m happy to say that the first Booth feature, mixtape title track and latest single from Cleveland, Ohio’s DJ Swerve is much more likely to do the former than the latter. The personal DJ of Forest City rhymesayer TreaZon, Swerve calls on his collaborative partner to lend his guest rhymes to this contemplative jam. As you’d expect, the Zero Love spitter excels, following Joe Jackson emcee KeilyN‘s vertiginous opener with a furiously-flowed account of his determination to succeed in the game. Singer L.C. rounds out the lineup, lending her smooth vocals to the chorus. Now that you’ve been officially introduced to Swerve, are you craving more? Then keep it locked; First Impressions (the LP) as yet lacks a drop date, but we’ll keep you supplied with the latest news and tunes.
