Dom Kennedy ft. Tyga & Juicy J - My Type of Party (Remix)

Posted 3 years ago
Featuring:
Producer:
DJ Dahi
Album:
Young Nation

Back in May , Dom Kennedy painted a lyrical picture of his ideal evening on single My Type of Party. There are few soirees that can’t be improved with the addition of a couple more dope emcees; thus, the Los Angeles native’s recruited two high-profile collaborators to celebrate along with him on the record’s official remix. Joining Dom over DJ Dahi‘s beat, an atmospheric synth arrangement punctuated by distorted yelps, YMCMB representative Tyga and Bands a Make Her Dance hitmaker Juicy J. supplement the headliner’s rhymes with their own hedonistic, high-rolling snapshots of the nightlife. This version of My Type of Party can be found on OMP‘s newest compilation album, Young Nation Vol. 1, available here for free download The original is still available as part of Kennedy’s DJBooth-hosted Yellow Album.
