Faith Evans - Tears of Joy

Posted 3 years ago
Producer:
Claude Kelly & Chuck Harmony
Album:
R&B Divas

Thought you’d never hear another Booth feature from Faith Evans, after watching two years fly by with nary a solo record to be found? (She made her last appearance with Gone Already way back in August of 2010.) Well, I’ve got news that just might make you burst into Tears of Joy: the “First Lady of R&B” is back with a new single, and she’s got a full-length project on the way. Written by Claude Kelly and produced by Chuck Harmony, this powerful soul ballad sees Evans showcasing her strong-as-ever pipes as she lets her man know just how much he’s changed her life for the better. A companion piece to the reality series of the same name, premiering tonight on TV One, R&B Divas is slated to hit record stores and online retailers October 2, via EOne Music/Prolific Music Group.
