Fashawn ft. Wiz Khalifa - Medicine Man (Drug Free)

Posted 3 years ago
Featuring:
Producer:
DJ Dahi
Album:
Champagne and Styrofoam Cups

If you’re anything like me, seeing the subtitle “Drug Free” on a record by Fashawn, with guest bars by Wiz Khalifa, provoked a reflexive eyebrow-raise of epic proportions. And your/my incredulity is justified—in reality, new single Medicine Man is is about as anti-drug as a Cheech & Chong flick. Backed by DJ Dahi‘s clattering hi-hat, strings, and arpeggiated synths, the Fresno phenom showcases his magnanimity by offering free drugs to everyone in the immediate vicinity, as well as partaking heavily in his own right. Wiz indulges in a similarly wide array of narcotics in his blunted guest verse. Champagne & Styrofoam Cups is set to drop tomorrow for sale and free download, and Khalifa fans can look forward to copping the Pittsburgh heavyweight’s long-awaited sophomore set, O.N.I.C., on Tuesday, December 4.
