Brooklyn's Don Diva

This past Friday, after eight months behind bars, Foxy Brown was released from Rikers Island Correctional facility in New York.  During her time served, the veteran rapper spent approximately forty days in solitary confinement and saw her newest album, Brooklyn’s Don Diva, pushed back three times.  Now a free woman, Brown and her labels (Black Hand/Koch) have released the new song, Bullet Proof Love/One Love.  Unlike The Game, who recorded Big Dreams the day he was jettisoned from jail, the newly released song from Brown was recorded before her time served.  In the song, she spits “Yeah, I catch another chargeā€¦ it’s nothing,” however, we seriously doubt she’s saying the same thing now.  Brooklyn’s Don Diva drops on May 13.
