Freddie Gibbs & The World’s Freshest - G Like That

If the Founding Fathers of all that is funky created a committee to write the G Handbook, Freddie Gibbs would have to be an honorary member. But just to be safe, for Exhibit A of evidence of his keeping it real, we have his new single, G Like That. The Indiana emcee details his devotion to his hustle and displays a behavior of keeping it cool, whether it’s with a few women in the back of his whip or in front of a gun. G Like That will be on his collaborative album, titled The Tonite Show, with producer The World’s Freshest (formerly known as DJ Fresh). Two of the records on the LP, including G Like That, will be produced by Mr. Tower and so far, The World’s Freshest can rest well as I jam to the signature G-Funk bass line paired with the 90’s drum kit. The Tonite Show is due out May 13, via EMPIRE.
