Hit-Boy Presents Hits Since 87, Inc ft. Various Artists - Cypher

All I’ve Ever Dreamed Of

Though T.U., the liquor-soaked lead single off Hit-Boy‘s forthcoming Hits Since ‘87, Inc compilation, won plaudits for its club-ready production, predictable mic work from the headliner and his collaborators led to an overall lukewarm reception on our pages. The Surf Club rapper/producer must have been paying close attention, as newly-released follow-up Cypher is all about bars, bars and more bars. The headliner’s ominous organ arpeggios set the stage for lyrical contributions from Kent M$NEY, B Mac The Queen, ScHoolboy Q, Casey Veggies, Xzibit, Rick Ross, Method Man, Redman and Raekwon. With the sheer amount of talent on display, even the most jaded of heads should be able to find something to like. For Cypher and many more dope surprises, check out All I’ve Ever Dreamed Of when it drops digitally tomorrow, March 12.
