House Shoes ft. Greneberg - Dirt

Posted 4 years ago
Featuring:
Producer:
House Shoes
Album:
Let It Go

While some might be led to believe that the ultimate hip-hop record consists of an Earth-shattering beat, a catchy hook, and mediocre lyricism, thankfully the majority of hip-hop heads know better. Although Detroit beatsmith House Shoes keeps the production on his latest single Dirt relatively low-key and ditches any sing-songy hooks, it seems to be the perfect choice for the rugged, lyric-driven record. Joining the headlining producer on Dirt is newly-formed trio Greneberg, which consists of Oh No, The Alchemist, and Roc Marciano. Adding to the intensity of the threesome of emcee’s verses is Shoes’ gritty, slightly sample-driven production, which becomes even more perfect given the record’s title. Dirt can be found under your nails and on House Shoes’ Let It Go album, which is available for purchase via Tres Records.
