As evidenced by the rave reviews the crew scored with Natural Born Killas, the very exciting 100th entry in our exclusive freestyle series, Booth readers most definitely do f*ck with (as in “listen to”) the Horse Shoe G.A.N.G.. On new single You Don’t Wanna F*ck With Me, however, Demetrius Capone, Julius Luciano, Kenny Siegel and Andrew “Dice” Deniro make perfectly clear that eff-ing with them in the other sense is an offense punishable by death – or, at the very least, a lyrical beatdown. Here, Pistol‘s ominous, orchestral boardwork (dig the tympani!) set the stage for some dizzying verbal gymnastics from the up-and-coming foursome, as well as a high-impact guest verse from their musical mentor, West Coast underground mainstay Crooked I. Jam-packed with rapid-fire street lyricism, YDWFWM is sure to get hardcore heads amped for the Nov. 3 release of HSG’s debut full-length, Gangsta MC. In addition, fans should be sure to tune in next week, when Crook steps into the Booth for an exclusive interview with DJ Z.
