The Humble Legends EP

Back in September, ATLien rhymesayer J. Nolan and Virginia Beach beatsmith Reese Jones teased their upcoming collaborative EP with Global Appeal, a head-noddable cut that won rave reviews from our readership. Fast-forward four months, and the duo have revealed a release date for the highly-anticipated project, as well as their plans for an upcoming studio album. If you were feeling the aforementioned joint, new single It’s on Me will only leave you more excited for what’s ahead. Here, Reese’s mellow boom-bap grooves back Nolan as he offers fans a little insight into his biography, depicting himself as an inner-city adolescent with dreams of hip-hop superstardom. The Humble Legends EP is scheduled to drop January 27, via iTunes. Proceeds from its sale will go toward funding the twosome’s freshman set, Keep It Cordial, which they hope to release before the end of the year.
