Joey BadA$$ - Day in the Life

Posted 3 years ago
Producer:
Harry Fraud
Album:

More than any other individual artist, Brooklyn wunderkind Joey BadA$$ is emblematic of the recent revitalization of the Big Apple hip-hop scene. It’s only right, then, that the Unorthodox emcee be featured prominently on Peter Rosenberg‘s latest street album, The New York Renaissance. The Pro.Era ringleader’s contribution to the LP, A Day in the Life, features Joey delivering tightly-wound autobiographical bars over the cinematic sample work of fellow B.K. fast-riser Harry Fraud. Fans can find this joint, Action Bronson‘s Compliments 2 the Chef and more fresh cuts from the the latest generation of Empire State mic-murderers on the aforementioned compilation, released today for free digital download.
