Jon Hope ft. Sean Falyon - Bills [Freestyle]

Featuring:
Producer:
Mr. DJ
Album:
Unreleased

As the industry continues to produce songs about clubbing, popping bottles and having your own G5 pilot, Jon Hope brings us back to reality with his new freestyle, Bills. With the help of Philly rapper Sean Falyon and a classic Black Ice Goodie Mob instrumental, Jon starts the song off speaking on finally getting out of college, which students like me have been anticipating for five years. (Yeah, it’s taking me a bit.) The Providence rapper than delves into everything that comes after graduation (finding a job and paying back his student loans), finally saying drugs may be his only option, while on the back end Faylon contributes a sixteen speaking on his struggle to prove to his family he can stand on his own and not crawl back home. Although listening to party music may help you forget your problems, these two emcees have definitely shown why hip-hop has helped so many people when they need someone who understands those same problems. Roscoe Dash may speak on his overflowing pockets, but Jon and Sean speak about where all of us normal folks’ money is going - Bills.
