Jurassic 5 - The Way We Do It

Posted about 2 years ago
Producer:
Heavy D
Album:
None (Promo Single)

Late last year, veteran hip-hop crew Jurassic 5 reformed after six years apart to tour internationally and perform at Coachella. While promo single The Way We Do It is the group’s first release since the reunion, it actually predates their split; recorded in 2006 during the Feedback sessions, this joint sees Chali 2na, Akil, Mark 7even and Soup trading verses over a White Stripes-sampled beat by late hip-hop legend Heavy D. Complete with an official video filmed at Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheater, this cut is just the beginning of the “exclusive songs and versions of songs” Jurassic 5 have in store for their hungry fanbase. As always, we in the Booth will keep you supplied with the latest.
