K. Flay - Make Me Fade

Posted 2 years ago
Producer:
Billboard
Album:
Life as a Dog

On her 2013 debut feature, K. Flay let fans know that she was neither a saint nor a sinner. What is she, you ask? Infatuated, for starters. Though it’s hard to tell whether newly-released single Make Me Fade is addressed to a lover or a drug, the B.K.-by-way-of-Chicago recording artist is clearly under his/her/its spell. Billboard mans the boards on this moody ode to addiction, layering glittering guitar riffs over a smoky, understated synth backdrop. Released this past Tuesday via Bummer Picnic Records, Flay’s Life as a Dog LP is available now in stores and online.
