The Trilogy Chapter 3

Fresh off rocking the stage at AC3 2010, Booth mainstay and freestyle series alum K. Sparks is back to prove for the umpteenth time that he could out-rhyme your favorite rapper any day of the week. Unless your favorite rapper is K. Sparks, in which case you’d end up with a draw – but yeah, you get the picture. On Go Get ‘Em, the latest leak off Chapter 3 in his ongoing mixtape Trilogy, the Queens phenom once again asserts his dominance over the game. Over the imperious, string-led production of frequent collaborator Pajozo, Sparks expresses his disappointment with what passes for rap these days, and shows us just how much better we’d have it with him in charge. As usual, he doesn’t hesitate to sling a few stones at today’s hip-hop Goliaths – addressing Kanye, Nicki and company, he quips, “If y’all a bunch of Monsters I be motherf*ckin’ Satan.” Has K. Sparks killed it yet again? I think I know the answer but, as always, you get the final say. The Trilogy‘s thrilling conclusion has yet to receive a release date, but those who haven’t already can cop Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 free of charge from the Booth’s very own mixtape section.
