K-Young - Dream of My Magic

Posted 4 years ago
Producer:
Komplex
Album:
Unreleased

K-Young may possess Free Will in his waking life, but even he can’t control the fantasies that flit through his unconscious while he sleeps. A stand-alone song released to promote his latest LP, Dream of My Magic finds the rising R&B star plagued by steamy visions of himself with a certain woman. Over Komplex’ production, an inspired flip of Japanese prog musician Kitaro’s Lady of Dreams, the singer spills all the freaky details, only stopping to make room for Chipmunked chorus vocals from Yes frontman Jon Anderson (a guest on the sample source). This cut, as mentioned above, isn’t part of a larger project but, if your interest hs been piqued, you can find plenty more where this came from on Young’s latest studio album, available now for purchase on iTunes.
