Manic Mondays Series (#13)

For the past seven weeks, the DJBooth has had the pleasure of premiering each installment of K. SparksManic Mondays series.  These weekly records have been met with nearly unanimous rave reviews from site members; Young Malcolm, debuted two Mondays ago, is still in the Top 3 on our Underground Hip-Hop Charts.  Hoping to extend that streak a bit, Sparks has done something new for Episode 13: bring over a guest rapper.  For Back Down, Bridgeport native and Double Up Ent. labelmate Dave Barz spits a solid 16 on his guest verse, proving that, in addition to being a sharp emcee, Sparks has also got a keen eye for talent.  The only question is, will Barz get a fair chance to shine on his own?  Stay tuned to the Booth for more information, and come back next week for Episode 14 of Manic Mondays.
