Super Senior

Like moths to a flame, groupies of both genders can be counted on to congregate around any talented artist, and Booth favorite K. Sparks is no exception. On n On, the seventh and final leak off his forthcoming, Kevin Nottingham/2DopeBoyz/DJBooth.net-cosponsored Super Seniors mixtape, sees the Queens native exercising his expressionistic flow over a head-noddingly chill sampled beat by Pajozo, expressing his exasperation with the opportunistic snakes-in-the-grass who’ve surrounded him ever since he started building buzz. Pugs Atomz can relate – on the track’s back end, the Windy City emcee takes aim at his own hangers-on, spitting,”Honestly, you’re all about the fame/ and your persona, it’s so cellophane.” Complete with smooth chorus vocals from Calling Me/Ghetto Child hookwoman Tina Quallo, this cross-regional collabo should be just the thing to get fans amped for the October 26 release of what Sparks has stated is “hands down [his] best album to date.”
