K. Sparks ft. Julius Francis - Ride Wit Me (Whaddup!)

Featuring:
Producer:
Pajozo
Album:
Unreleased

With his acclaimed, Booth-sponsored Super Seniors mix-album behind him, Queens emcee/master chef K. Sparks has stepped into the kitchen to cook up a mouth-watering spread of Soul Food with the help of beatsmith Pajozo. Fans will have to wait till Thanksgiving to dig into the full meal, but those already feeling peckish can take the edge off with Ride Wit Me (Whaddup!), a tantalizing morsel that didn’t make the final menu. Served over Pajozo’s laid-back organ-synth boardwork, Sparks’ off-the-top, freestyled bars are tart with a hint of wordplay-driven punchline lyricism, and frequent collaborator Julius Francis showcases his smooth, crisp vocal stylings with a boastful guest verse (also improvised). Garnished with some hoarse, hyped-up hook vocals, this choice cut will only leave listeners hungrier for the main course. Excessive food metaphors aside, Sparks’ and Pajozo’s collaborative full-length is set to hit all digital retailers on November 26 – fans can rest assured it will be one delicious dish (sorry).
