Kendre’ - Somebody That I Used To Know

Album:
Guess Again Mixtape

By now even people literally living under rocks have heard Gotye’s super-hit Somebody That I Used to Know, but that doesn’t mean there’s still not room to explore the track’s soul. Case in point, sitcom star-turned-music buzzmaker Kendre’ (best known on these pages for his Little Dance Song), who delivers his own stripped down version, bringing along nothing but a piano and some serious vocal talents. We’ve heard Gotye covered 100 ways, but we’ve never heard it quite like this. Those finding themselves wanting to get to know Kendre’s music better should keep an ear out for the release of his Guess Again mixtape, set to hit the interwebs on August 30.
