Kinetics ft. Kam Royal, Money Mars & KTSB - Cosmic Consciousness

Kid Vision
None (Promo Single)

While it’s going to be hard to top a title with the impact of No F**king Around (not to mention the cover art), Kinetics has never been ones to shy away from a challenge. The NY emcee is right back on The DJBooth’s pages and ready to try to reach even higher heights with brand new single Cosmic Consciousness, making its world premiere right here, right now. As you would expect from a track with a mind-altering title like that, Cosmic floats on an instrumental provided by Kid Vision that’s ambiently mellow, only anchored to Earth with some minimal but strong percussion. From there it’s a plethora of equally spacey rhymes from a collection of astronaut emcees, starting with an Apu-referencing Kam Royal, proceeding to the headliner’s mind-twisting bars and then closing with orbiting flows from Money Mars and KTSB. Someone call NASA, I think we just found the soundtrack to the next lunar rover landing. While Cosmic is a stand alone track, fans can keep an ear out for Kinetics collaborative project with One Love, Cross-Fading Back To Normal, which is still waiting for a solid release date.
