King Chip - Lazy & Lucrative

Posted 2 years ago
Producer:
Blended Babies
Album:
None (Promo Single)

An underground rapper’s hustle is nothing to sneeze at, but let’s be real: there are harder jobs than speaking rhythmically into a microphone. Rather than pretending that the grind consumes his every waking moment, King Chip proudly acknowledges that his career in the game offers him plenty of free time, which he spends doing f**k-all. Blended Babies man the boards on promo single Lazy & Lucrative, serving up a appropriately leisurely synth beat as Chip rhymes about the many perks of being his own boss: “We go to work so we can chill / I don’t go to work, so I just chill.” This joint isn’t part of a larger set, but fans can watch our pages for the latest on Chip and Blended Babies’ respective forthcoming projects, Clevelafornia and Featuring.

Update: We have added the Ken Koller-directed visuals for King Chip’s Lazy & Lucrative single.
