Kingpen Slim - Lollipop

Posted 4 years ago
Producer:
J Buttah
Album:
The Beam Up 3

Not featured on the solo tip since last summer, when he joined forces with The DJBooth to drop his The Beam Up 2: So Cinematic tape, Kingpen Slim returns to bring us the first leak off his follow-up street album. On Lollipop, J Buttah‘s flips a sample from the 1950s hit of the same title (as performed by The Chordettes) into a infectious backdrop for the DMV repper’s suggestive bars. Feeling it? More fresh tunes await on The Beam Up 3, scheduled for release in early summer. In the meantime, fans can click here to peep video of Kingpen Slim in the studio with Dipset capo Jim Jones.
