Kosha Dillz - It Was All a Dream

Posted 3 years ago
Producer:
Balti
Album:
None (Promo Single)

Its time for a hip-hop pop quiz: Finish the line the following line: “It was all a dream.” So, did you pass? Of course you did because, unless you are Sarah from Making The Band, how could you not know the lyrics to one of the most iconic records in the history of rap? While I am sure you have heard Biggie’s Juicy 10 million times, I am pretty sure you haven’t heard Kosha Dillz’ version, the aptly-named new tune It Was All A Dream. Tunisian producer Blati blends the B.I.G sample with a guitar-infused beat, over which the LA (by way of Jersey) resident addresses his own dreams and nightmares. This single, which ends with audio taken from a Notorious B.I.G interview, is not slotted to appear on a larger project, but if you happen to be in the New York area this Friday, you can catch the man performing at Brooklyn’s Littlefield NYC at The Rich + The Ratchet artist showcase.
