Laza Morgan - Gimme Little

Posted 3 years ago
Producer:
DJ Frank E and Julian Bunetta
Album:
Be Forever Young

Massachusetts-born singer Laza Morgan may be young, but he’s wise enough to know that it’s the little things that matter. Heavily influenced by reggae, including the music of his father Denroy Morgan, the DJBooth newcomer’s latest effort Gimme Little sounds like it was crafted on the beaches of Negril, Jamaica. Morgan keeps it lightly romantic on Gimme Little as he requests the subtler things on the song’s hook. Backed by the tropical production work of DJ Frank E and Julian Bunetta, Morgan croons, “Gimme little taste of your lips, gimme little twist of your hips…gimme little piece of your mind, gimme little minutes of your time.” Sounds like a winning combination, no? The Atlantic Records artist’s forthcoming Be Forever Young mixtape is currently without a release date, but his last Booth feature Ballerina is currently available for free stream and download.
