Leon Thomas - Show Us

Posted 2 years ago
Producer:
The Rascals

Back in September, rising R&B star Leon Thomas introduced himself to The DJBooth with the reader-approved Hello How Are You. Now that greetings are out of the way, he’s back to Show Us what he’s really capable of. Released in honor of his millionth Twitter follower, this promo single sees the Rostrum/Columbia signee offering some words of warning to an ambitious chick he meets at a “West Coast party.” Beat crew The Rascals back the singer’s cautionary lines with an atmospheric mix of delayed guitar riffs and leisuely, bass-heavy percussion. Feeling it? Then stay tuned; Show Us isn’t part of a larger album, but we’ll keep you posted on the artist’s plans as more information surfaces.
