Lyriciss - Vent

Posted 3 years ago
Featuring:
Producer:
Numonics
Album:
LI FTW

It’s been a hot minute since Lyriciss made his last appearance in The DJBooth; My Life hit our front page back in July of 2012. Nine months is time enough for an emcee on the grind to accumulate a healthy head of steam. On his latest feature, the lead single off a joint project by Booth-acclaimed South Florida producer Numonics and J57, he takes the opportunity to Vent some of that stored-up tension. Over two-and-a-half minutes of unbroken rhyming, he speaks out on his hustle, his personal life and current events. Lyriciss’ behind-the-boards collaborator provides a jazzy, sampled backdrop for his wide-ranging reflections. Featuring guest appearances by Wais P, Planet Asia, Ras Kass and many more underground notables, LI FTW is slated to drop this fall via Inner Loop Records. In the meantime, of course, you can keep your browsers locked for the latest tunes.
