Maino ft. Meek Mill & Troy Ave - Lights Camera Action

Posted 2 years ago
Featuring:
Producer:
Cardiak
Album:

Fresh off earning positive reader reviews for last week’s Watch Me Do It, Maino returns to our pages with another fresh street single off his forthcoming EP. On the newly-released Lights Camera Action, the NYC street mainstay expands upon the aforementioned joint’s theme, comparing his biography to a gripping drama on the silver screen. Cardiak takes an appropriately cinematic approach behind the boards, layering strings and wailing vocal samples over a trap-informed rhythm section as Maino narrates his journey from rags to riches, and describes the lavish lifestyle he currently enjoys. Big Apple buzzmaker Troy Ave (fresh off the release of new single Your Style) and MMG signee Meek Mill contribute guest bars. For Lights and many more bangers, cop King of Brooklyn when it hits record stores and online retailers February 4. Additionally, keep it locked for the latest on Meek’s in-progress sophomore set, which as yet lacks a title and drop date.
