Hip-hop is Mick Jenkins‘s stock-in-trade, but the Windy City representative is also an avid appreciator of Jazz. In fact, on his latest single the DJBooth Top Prospect boasts, “The boy got some Miles Davis in him.” Be that as it may, this cut has less to do with the musical genre than with the “jazz” Jenkins has been talking in his bars. Over OnGaud‘s minor-key vibraphone loops, the Cinematic Music Group signee pledges to keep spitting the truth, no matter how dangerous it may be. Director Nathan R.
