Mistah F.A.B. - Follow Me

Posted 7 years ago
Producer:
!llmind
Album:
The Bus Ryde

Mistah F.A.B. will probably forever be associated with the hyphy movement – and rightfully so, the Oakland native went dumb as hard an anyone - but Bay Area residents know that F.A.B. has some serious rhyme skills above and beyond his hyphy-related fame. On his new track Follow Me, F.A.B. chronicles an often brutal life on the streets over a pounding beat from !llmind, describing a dead body he found by the railroad track with: “crows peck holes in what’s left of his clothes/why he was killed?/only the Lord knows.” He may just be one of the most underrated rappers alive. Fans who want to hear more displays of Mistah F.A.B.’s lyrical ability should look out for his upcoming album The Bus Ryde, which currently has no release date. Stay tuned to DJBooth.net for more.
