Naughty By Nature ft. Rene Neufville - Hip Hop’s Pain (Freestyle)

Posted 8 years ago
Producer:
Dahoud Darien and Knobody
Album:
Unreleased

If your friend says, “Man, I miss hip-hop from back in the day,” chances are good that they are talking about songs like O.P.P. and Hip Hop Hooray from legendary group Naughty By Nature.  Quiet since the release of their sixth studio album, IIcons, in ’02, emcees Treach and Vin Rock have reunited with former DJ, Kay Gee, and the trio is set to release a brand new album before the end of the year.  Inspired by The Game’s current chart-rising single, Game’s Pain, the OG veterans hop on Dahoud Darien and Knobody’s beat and pay homage to all of the modern-day artists who have made them proud.  Apparently, Hip Hop’s Pain is felt by everyone.  Replacing Keyshia Cole’s vocals are those of fellow Jersey native, Rene Neufville, whose soulful background fits the track impressively.  In addition to promoting their clothing line, “Naughty Gear”, the guys are planning a worldwide tour for early next year.
