N.O.R.E ft. Styles P & Raekwon - Lion

Posted 2 years ago
Featuring:
Producer:
Hazardis Soundz
Album:
Noreaster

This that “aged tiger balm” ish or as N.O.R.E. calls it, Lion. A standout single, featuring Styles P and Raekwon, from Noreaga’s Noreaster album, Lion employs a smoky, Jazz room sounding soundtrack from Hazardis Soundz. It is over this boardwork that the three established NY veterans lay down the rules of engagement with the Mafioso. You might want to jot these down lest you don’t care for your fingers anymore (see: 2nd verse). The last time the C-N-N member worked with Hazardis was on the equally intimidating My City, released earlier this year. In slightly related news, the record gives us today’s edition of “Lines That Made Me Chuckle Until They’re About You” with the classic, “Heard if you jerk off too much, you probably go blind n*gga / It’s probably why I don’t see you n*ggas.”
