Nylo - Take It Back

Producer:
55 Billion and Nylo
Album:

Many an R&B cut are bland and factory made, which causes me to fast-forward. Booth newcomer Nylo, however, has a unique, R&B-rooted sound that makes me Take It Back to the beginning over and over again. Oh, hello rewind button. Nylo and co-producer 55 Billion (hopefully the beats don’t cost that much!) cook up a hazy, synth-laced beat that really makes the Windy City native’s vocals pop. Atop the production, Nylo impresses vocally with a light, yet energetic performance. If our producer and emcee readers are smart, you’ll bookmark this page, as the versatile singer’s unique approach screams “potential collaborator.” Take It Back will be found on Nylo’s upcoming mixtape, Indigo Summer, scheduled for release in July.
