This past Sunday, Brooklyn rhymesayer One Dae kicked off promotion for his next full-length with Bang This, a street-ready lead single which earned positive reviews on our pages. Just five short daes days later, he’s back with the set’s freshly-released title track.  Always the thoughtful host, the emcee gives his guest equal time on the mic; Bronx mainstay C-Rayz Walz spends his first and third verses mercilessly trash-talking the competition. The headliner takes a similarly aggressive, but more playful tack on his half, bombarding his foes with witty, pop-referential punchlines. Ayatollah provides an appropriately gritty beat to accompany the collaborators’ bars. Daes & Times (the album) is scheduled to drop November 26, via Coalmine Records. If Dae One keeps up his current pace, we can expect at least one more single in the meantime.
