Persyce - Legend

Producer:
Epic the Don
Album:

In the hip-hop game and beyond, it often seems as if the surest way to achieve immortality is to die before your time. So, though we certainly wish him a long and happy life, Persyce wouldn’t be the first rapper to contemplate the legacy he’d leave if he were to make an early exit from this mortal coil. On new mixtape single Legend, Epic the Don‘s pensive piano loops set the stage for the Orlando emcee’s reflections on his own mortality: “If I die today, will you cry for me tomorrow?” Director B Miller‘s moody video, making its world premiere in the Booth, accompanies the jam. Fans will be able to find Legend, the reader-acclaimed title track and much more on The Coffee & Kush Lounge, set to hit the ‘net August 27.
