Planet Asia ft. Killa Kali & Killer Ben - The Gods Speak

Posted 3 years ago

According to the teachings of the Five Percent Nation, Asiatic black men are Earth’s true gods, since their race was the first present on the planet. A devotee of the Islamic sect, Cali underground heavyweight Planet Asia hooks up with a pair of like-minded rhymesayers to drop some spiritual knowledge on new single The Gods Speak. Over project collaborator DirtyDiggs‘s funky sample work, Asia, Killa Kali and Killer Ben deliver streetwise bars that, despite their heady metaphysical themes, hold plenty of appeal for the uninitiated. This single is part of Planet Asia and DirtyDiggs’s forthcoming collaborative EP, High End Cloths. The project is scheduled to drop via iTunes on Tuesday, September 10, but our readers will get a sneak peek the preceding Monday, when it hits The DJBooth as a free, exclusive stream.
