Prototype ft. REKS - Revolutionists

Posted 3 years ago
Featuring:
Producer:
Vherbal Industries
Album:
The Originals

DJBooth newcomer Prototype‘s first feature on our pages may only last a mere two and a half minutes, but in that brief time span the Massachusetts spitter manages to pack quite the lyrical punch. On top of dropping his bold bars on Revolutionists, the self-proclaimed “rebel without a cause” recruits fellow Massachusetts emcee REKS, who serves as a rebellious icing on the cake on the delightfully brazen record. The rhyme-dropping duo find their words backed by boardwork from Vherbal Industries, who don’t hesitate in lacing the record with a myriad of pleasing sounds thanks to a combination of unexpected strings and vibrant bass. Revolutionists serves as the first single from the New England newcomer’s forthcoming The Originals mixtape, due out April 2013.
