Q Parker - Yes

Posted 3 years ago
Producer:
Dwayne Nesmith
Album:
The MANual

If you see an unexplained spike in the birth rate nine months or so from now, you’ll know Q Parker‘s done his job. As the 112 alumnus puts it in the opening bars of this new single (His first feature since July… of 2008), “Somebody ‘bout to have a baby to this one.” The Redd Stylez-penned Yes is a bedroom burner par excellence, with Dwayne Nesmith serving up an ebbing and flowing synth instrumental to back the singer as he emphasizes his knack for satisfying his woman: “I guarantee that your only complaint will be when I’m not around to do it again.” Was it as good for you as it was for Mr. Parker? Tthose who answer “Yes” can cop the single now on iTunes and look forward to the release of The MANual, out October 30.
