Pass or Fail Mixtape

Pick up your pencils and get ready to take notes; Booth newcomer Quiz has stepped into the Booth to give listeners a crash course on stunting. Lesson one: before heading out to the club, always make sure you’re Turnt Up 2 Da Max. The first official leak off Quiz’ forthcoming Pass or Fail mixtape sees the L.A. native painting a portrait of hood stardom, flowing over Infra Red‘s dancefloor-ready mix of mid-tempo percussion, synth arpeggios and appropriately overpowering bass. After the headliner provides a demonstration of proper bottle-popping, paper-stacking and rainmaking techniques, fellow Los Angeles emcee Glasses Malone steps up to the podium for a gruff guest lecture on lyrical intimidation, telling his haters, “Y’all act, my n*ggas shoot.” Now you get to be the professors – does Turnt Up make the grade? If you think this track deserves an “A+,” you’re sure to find more to your liking on Pass or Fail. Though the project has yet to receive a solid release date, fans can keep it locked to the Booth for all the latest news and tunes.
