Once the sole domain of major cities like New York and Los Angeles, over the last decade hip-hop fans have learned that dope music can come from anywhere, including a city known more for its bright lights than beats and rhymes, Las Vegas. The next emcee to build Sin City’s burgeoning reputation is Radio Ramone, a young, ambitious and undeniably talented emcee making his DJBooth debut today with Testify, an appropriately soulful hip-hop testimonial to the power of the mic. While a slowly hitting beat from producer Mr. Kooman loops in the background, Ramone wastes no time showing the world the depth of his lyrical ability: “I am talkin bout fact while they talk about shinin’, if you bright than I’m an eclipse.” With lines like that it’s only a matter of time before Las Vegas becomes one of the nation’s gambling
