Rantz ft. Blair Taylor & G-Eazy - One Girl

Blair Taylor
Album:
Love Train

Alas, things must not have worked out with that Georgia Peach Rantz paid homage to on his Booth debut (featured way back in August of 2008); this newly-leaked cut off his forthcoming album finds the rising r&b star back on the dating scene, searching the whole world over for the One Girl who will teach him how to love again. Over the funky, synth-driven boardwork of Blair Taylor (who also contributes backing vocals), the New Orleans native sends a call out to single women everywhere, stressing the flexibility of his standards: “She ain’t gotta be perfect, just something I can work with.” Underground emcee and fellow Saints fan G-Eazy steps up to the mic to teach us fellas a lesson on bus stop game spitting (a lesson that I’m going to have to postpone putting into practice till it’s warm enough that I can wait for a bus without freezing to death). So, ladies, does Rantz sound like your perfect match? If so, keep it locked to our front page for all the latest on the singer’s Love Train LP, scheduled to pull into the station “soon.”
