Raz Simone - 8 Rangs

Album:

Drake may wear every chain even when he’s inside the house, but he’s not wearing 8 Rangs when he sleeps, is he? Seattle native and Black Umbrella/300 emcee Raz Simone may have the OVO phenom beat in more ways than one. For his new single, Raz assumed directing, co-production, and lead role responsibilities in a well shot and well edited video about the dog eat dog world he grew up in. The tribal beat from Raz and co-producer Jake Crocker heightens the action until the final climax where our anti-hero chooses to kill over dying yet again. Even when he’s signing six digit contracts, some habits die hard. 8 Rangs can be found on Cognitive Dissonance: Part One, available for free at The DJBooth.
