Featuring:
Producer:
RC & The Gritz
Album:
None (Promo Single)

A Texan live-band ensemble best known for touring in support of neo-soul songstress Erykah Badu, RC & the Gritz have thrown their hat into the solo arena with the release of their official debut single. On That Kinda Girl, the group serve up a lush, lightly-funky instrumental accompaniment as frontman RC Williams celebrates a certain shawty’s inimitable charms. West Coast veteran Snoop Dogg and DMV crooner Raheem DeVaughn add to the record’s laid-back appeal, lacing the beat with suave guest verses. Released last week, That Kinda Girl is available now for purchase on iTunes. RC & the Gritz have yet to announce a full solo project, but we’ll keep you posted on their plans in the weeks and months ahead.
