Ro James - Devil’s Kiss

Posted 3 years ago
Producer:
Grindhouse
Album:
Coke EP

Last we heard from Ro James, on an early-June EP single, the R&B singer was pledging allegiance to the woman he loved. Fast-forward a month and a half, and that promise of loyalty is beginning to feel like a deal with the Man Downstairs. On follow-up Devil’s Kiss, we find the unsigned crooner overwhelmed by the emotions swirling around his current relationship, unsure whether he can escape before he’s dragged into the abyss. Grindhouse matches the joint’s sweeping, yet ambivalent vibe on the production tip, accenting his keyboard-driven instrumental with some arena-ready guitar work. Now that you’ve had a taste, are you anxious to experience James’ Coke EP in its full glory? Then click here to cop the newly-released project for free via the artist’s official site. Additionally, watch our pages for the latest singles off Ro’s two planned follow-up EPs, Jack (due out Aug. 19) and Cadillacs (Sept. 19).
