Corporate America

The state of hip-hop in California thrived during the 90’s; producing some of the most talented artists the genre has ever seen.  With the quick development of the hyphy movement in the Bay Area, So Cal has been slow to re-introduce artists who can still deliver classic gangster rap.  In the Reef produced song, You Can Hate Me, L.A. rapper Roccett delivers a rebellious flow by expressing a deeply rooted knowledge of the streets. Signed to Young Jeezy’s CTE West, Roccett incorporates several of today’s trends into his rhymes with clever similes and quick punch lines.  Should The Game be worried? Roccett’s latest mixatpe, West In Full, is in stores now.
