Rockie Fresh - Prom King

Posted 4 years ago
Producer:
Thelonius Martin & The Gift
Album:
Driving 88

Quitting school may have worked out for Kanye, but for every college dropout-turned hip-hop megastar there are myriad individuals struggling simply to make ends meet. On Prom King, the latest leak off Rockie Fresh‘s forthcoming mixtape, the Chi-town rhymesayer sends a message to today’s youth, explaining that, though he decided to walk away from his studies, he still considers staying the course to be the best policy. Complete with the soulful production of Thelonious Martin and The Gift, this joint is just one of many original bangers set for inclusion on Fresh’s Driving 88 mixtape, scheduled to drop January 23. Watch for two more singles, along with the launch of a new web series, prior to the project’s arrival.
