Roscoe Dash ft. Big Sean - Sidity

Posted 4 years ago
Featuring:
Producer:
Super Dave and Drew Da Beast
Album:
J.U.I.C.E. EP

In addition to the obvious—good looks, a banging body, a taste for the fast life, et cetera…—Roscoe Dash looks for a certain Sidity in his women. What in tarnation is “Sidity,” you ask? Uh… I’m not entirely certain. But the ATL rapper and prolific hookman’s latest single should give listeners a better idea of precisely what he’s talking about. An alternately smooth (on the chorus) and bass-bumping (on the verses) beat by Super Dave and Drew Da Beast is the canvas on which Dash paints a portrait of feminine perfection, describing a chick who’s independent, hard-working, financially secure and classy as f*ck, but who still knows how to have a good time. And, perhaps most importantly, this dream female would be head-over-heels for him: “She’d prolly fall in love if she ever got to know me.” Returning the favor from Marvin Gaye & Chardonnay, Big Sean lends a hand on the guest tip, flaunting his paper game and his knack for churning out hits in a fresh and fly, if slightly off-topic middle 16. If you’re digging this starstruck banger, more quality tunes await on Dash’s J.U.I.C.E. EP, scheduled to drop December 20.
