Update: The Tommy Nova-directed visuals for SA-ROC’s Maximum Frequency single have been added.

According to Wikipedia, the Maximum Frequency a human being can hear is around 20,000 Hz. Fortunately for anyone with eardrums, SA-ROC‘s latest single contains no sounds in that neighborhood, but it does pack all the dope beats and complex bars we’ve come to expect from the D.C. mic-murderer. Though she begins the record by assuring listeners of her commitment to nonviolence, she follows that affirmation up with a flurry of lyrical artillery guaranteed to leave sucker emcees shaking in their boots. Sol Messiah produces the cut’s grimy, sampled beat, flipping a snippet from Busta Rhymes‘s classic Woo Hah!! Got You All In Check on the hook. For more, check out the artist’s NEBUCHADNEZZAR LP, available for streaming and purchase right here in the Booth.
