Scarface ft. Akon - The Exit Plan

Posted 2 years ago
Featuring:
Producer:
Cardiak
Album:
Deeply Rooted

Given the H-Town veteran’s twenty-plus years of experience in the game, it’s natural that youngins turn to Scarface for advice on how to conduct their hustle. And he’s happy to oblige ‘em. On The Exit Plan, single numero uno off his next album, the FaceMob Music head honcho delivers a grab-bag of useful pointers. Over a tense Cardiak beat, he opines on everything from the danger of snakes in the grass to the importance of financial responsibility. (“Don’t get fronted if you can avoid that / But if you do, pay them guys back.”) He saves the most important tip for last, spitting, “When you get a chance to make a break for it, run fool!” Complete with a characteristically catchy guest hook by Akon, this is one of many bangers slated to appear on Scar’s Deeply Rooted LP, which will drop at a yet-announced date later this year.
